Russ started his career in the Financial Services industry in 1990 after attending Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Economics.
Russ has his Life and Health License, FINRA ( www.finra.org) Series 6, Series 63 and 65 registrations as the Certified Family Business Specialist designations from the America College. Russ works with clients throughout the country and has always had a client first approach to his practice.
Russ is married to Lisa Cumbea and they live in Midlothian. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, visiting wineries and playing golf. They love spending time with their 3 children and grandchildren.
